Appointment of Company Secretary and General Counsel

The Board is pleased to advise that, effective 7 April 2010, Mr David Minns has been appointed as ROC’s Company Secretary. Mr Minns has also assumed the role of General Counsel.
Mr Minns has 20 years of oil and gas industry experience, having held various legal and commercial positions at Oil Search Limited, Woodside Energy Limited, Ampolex Limited and Esso Australia Limited.
Mr Minns holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and has admission to practice as a solicitor and barrister in the Supreme Courts of Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia.
